Simple Flat Bread


Ingredients

  • 1½ cup Whole Wheat flour
  • 2¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt together to form self-rising flour
  2. Mix 1 cup of the flour mixture with the yogurt to form a ball
  3. Knead in the remaining flour
  4. Break up into 4 balls and flatten to about ¼ inch thickness
