Simple Flat Bread
Ingredients
- 1½ cup Whole Wheat flour
- 2¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup yogurt
- olive oil
Preparation
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt together to form self-rising flour
- Mix 1 cup of the flour mixture with the yogurt to form a ball
- Knead in the remaining flour
- Break up into 4 balls and flatten to about ¼ inch thickness
