Cottage Cheese Wrap

Ingredients

Qty Ingredient
1 cup Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs
Optional Add ons
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a small blender add the cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings (if using).
  3. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter over a prepared sheet pan Lined up with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow it to cool.
  6. Cut in half if you can't use the entire wrap to make 2 wraps. Add whatever you like in your wrap and enjoy
