Humus v2
Ingredients
Qty | Ingredient |

1 | 15 oz can of chickpeas |
to taste | Fresh Lemon Juice, at leat ½ lemon |
¼ - ½ cup | Tahini, |
4 - 8 cloves | Garlic |
¼ - ½ tsp | Salt |
Preparation
- Boil chickpeas at least 10 minutes to soften them
- Puree the chickpeas on their own in the food processor until they become powder-like
- Add the remaining three ingredients and process together, running the machine for 4-5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy
