Roasted Butternut Squash and Apples

1½ lb | butternut squash, peeled and diced to spoon size cubes |
2 ea | apples, cored and diced to spoon sized cubes |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | garam masala |
taste | salt and pepper |
Preparation
- Spread the squash and apple on a baking sheet
- Sprinkle the olive oil over the squash and apples
- Shake the garam masala over the mix
- Bake at 425 ℉ for 25 minutes
- Salt and pepper to taste
