Roasted Butternut Squash and Apples

Ingredients

Qty Ingredient
1½ lb butternut squash, peeled and diced to spoon size cubes
2 ea apples, cored and diced to spoon sized cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garam masala
taste salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Spread the squash and apple on a baking sheet
  2. Sprinkle the olive oil over the squash and apples
  3. Shake the garam masala over the mix
  4. Bake at 425 ℉ for 25 minutes
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
