Ingredients

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, from one lemon
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1½ tsp honey
1 tsp minced garlic, from 1 to 2 cloves
½ cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp fresh chopped dill (or ½ tsp dried dill)

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. The dressing keeps well for 3 to 4 days.
