Baked Chard Stems with Butter and Parmesan
Ingredients
- 1 lb chard stems, sliced vertically ½" or so wide
- salt
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¾ cup grated parmesan
Preparation
- Boil chard stems with salt added about 8' or till almost tender
- Layer chard stems down in a criss-cross pattern in a oiled baking dish, adding cheese between chard layers
- Bake at 400℉ until the chard is very tender and the top is lightly browned, about 25'
- Serve immediately, enjoy!
