Cumin Butter Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 1½ pounds cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 4 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- fine sea salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Put the cherry tomatoes, garlic and cumin seeds in an ovenproof dish
- Scatter the butter and some salt over the tomatoes
- Place in the oven for 1 hour stirring once halfway through.
