Grilled Vegetable Marinade


Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  1. Mix all except balsamic vinegar
  2. Coat mixture on vegetables
  3. Grill vegetables
  4. Drizzle grilled with balsamic vinegar
