Keto Flax Seed Crackers

Ingredients

Qty Ingredient
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 oz pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup whole flax seeds
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl add flax meal and spices. Stir until well combined.
  2. Add in Pumpkin seeds and whole flax seeds. Mix.
  3. Add in water, let soak for at least 10-15 minutes to absorb water.
  4. Using 1-2 sheets of parchment paper flatten out dough.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until desired crispiness. Let cool completely before you cut them.
  6. Store in a zip top bag on the counter. Enjoy!
