Baked Spaghetti Squash Italian Style


Ingredients

  • 2 medium Spaghetti Squash
  • 1 order of pasta sauce (usual recipe)
  • 1 package TJ beefless ground beef
  • parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Pierce the spaghetti squash several times with a fork and nuke 20 minutes at 1/2 power, rotating every 5 minutes
  3. Cut squash in 1/2 lengthwise and scoop out seeds and goopy stuff
  4. Scoop out spaghetti from squash and mix with the pasta sauce and beefless ground
  5. Spoon the mixture into 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle generously with parmesan
