Baked Spaghetti Squash Italian Style
Ingredients
- 2 medium Spaghetti Squash
- 1 order of pasta sauce (usual recipe)
- 1 package TJ beefless ground beef
- parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Pierce the spaghetti squash several times with a fork and nuke 20 minutes at 1/2 power, rotating every 5 minutes
- Cut squash in 1/2 lengthwise and scoop out seeds and goopy stuff
- Scoop out spaghetti from squash and mix with the pasta sauce and beefless ground
- Spoon the mixture into 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle generously with parmesan
