Garlicky Chard

Ingredients

Qty Ingredient
2 ea 10 oz bags TJ organic chard
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 ea medium onions, halved and sliced thin
4 ea medium garlic gloves, minced
2 ea 15 oz cans canneloni or other white beans, drained and rinsed
⅔ cup vegetable stock
taste salt & pepper


Preparation

  1. Saute the onions and oil in a large stockpot on medium till golden, about 8 minutes
  2. Add the garlic and cook till fragrant about 1 minute
  3. Add the chard, toss well and cook till wilted, about 5 minutes
  4. Add pepper to taste, serve immediately
