Artichoke Dipping Sauce


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Chives, for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic. Season with freshly ground black pepper and sprinkle chives on top.
  2. Serve with steamed or roasted artichokes.
