Foccacia

Ingredients

Qty Ingredient
1 ea 1 lb ready-to-cook supermarket pizza dough, at room temperature
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
¼ cup finely sliced onion, separated
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400℉
  2. Spread the pizza dough into a 12' x 16' rectangle on an oiled cookie sheet
  3. Brush the olive oil evenly across the dough
  4. Spread the minced garlic on the dough, followed by the onion slices and rosemary
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. Bake 20' or so until the foccacia is lightly browned
  7. Cut with a pizza cutter to desired size
  8. Enjoy!
