Fried Rice, Broccoli and Eggs
Ingredients
- 3 cups broccocoli florets
- 4 ea large eggs
- 1/8 cup water
- gobbs peanut oil
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 4 cups cooked short grain brown rice
Preparation
- Steam broccoli, covered, 2 minutes til crisp, set aside
- Combine eggs, water and oil. Stir fry till soft-scrambled, set aside
- Stir fry ginger, garlic and oil 30 seconds, Add rice and stir fry 3 minutes
- Add broccoli, carrot and broth, cook 1 minute. Add egg mixture, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt
