Fried Rice, Broccoli and Eggs


Ingredients

  • 3 cups broccocoli florets
  • 4 ea large eggs
  • 1/8 cup water
  • gobbs peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 4 cups cooked short grain brown rice

Preparation

  1. Steam broccoli, covered, 2 minutes til crisp, set aside
  2. Combine eggs, water and oil. Stir fry till soft-scrambled, set aside
  3. Stir fry ginger, garlic and oil 30 seconds, Add rice and stir fry 3 minutes
  4. Add broccoli, carrot and broth, cook 1 minute. Add egg mixture, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt
