Garlicky Kale with White Beans
Ingredients

| 2 ea | 10 oz bags TJ organic tuscan kale |
| 2 tbsp | extra-virgin olive oil |
| 4 ea | medium garlic gloves, minced |
| 2 ea | 15 oz cans canneloni or other white beans, drained and rinsed |
| ⅔ cup | vegetable stock |
| taste | salt & pepper |
Preparation
- Bring 1 gallon water and 1 tsp salt to a boil
- Add the kale and simmer 8 minutes or until tender
- Drain well
- Saute the garlic and oil in a large skillet on medium till golden, about 2 minutes
- Add the kale and toss well till heated through
- Add the beans and stock and simm till heated through, about 5 minutes
- Add pepper to taste, serve immediately
