Garlicky Chard
Ingredients

| 2 ea | 10 oz bags TJ organic chard |
| 2 tbsp | extra-virgin olive oil |
| 2 ea | medium onions, halved and sliced thin |
| 4 ea | medium garlic gloves, minced |
| 2 ea | 15 oz cans canneloni or other white beans, drained and rinsed |
| ⅔ cup | vegetable stock |
| taste | salt & pepper |
Preparation
- Saute the onions and oil in a large stockpot on medium till golden, about 8 minutes
- Add the garlic and cook till fragrant about 1 minute
- Add the chard, toss well and cook till wilted, about 5 minutes
- Add pepper to taste, serve immediately
