Foccacia

Ingredients

| 1 ea | 1 lb ready-to-cook supermarket pizza dough, at room temperature |
| ¼ cup | extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 cloves | fresh garlic, minced |
| ¼ cup | finely sliced onion, separated |
| 2 tbsp | finely chopped fresh rosemary |
| to taste | salt and pepper |
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 400℉
- Spread the pizza dough into a 12' x 16' rectangle on an oiled cookie sheet
- Brush the olive oil evenly across the dough
- Spread the minced garlic on the dough, followed by the onion slices and rosemary
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Bake 20' or so until the foccacia is lightly browned
- Cut with a pizza cutter to desired size
